Limited capacity, access only with time-stamped e-tickets to be booked in advance. 

For free visits on the 1st Sunday of the month (November to March) and the European Heritage Days (third week-end of september), pick up your tickets at the ticket office with your time slot on Saturday.

Annual closures : 1 January, 1 May and 25 December.

  • Access to the top of the tower requires good health
  • 2 observation terraces (40m and 50m)
  • Panoramic view of the whole city
  • Spiral staircase with 231 steps
  • Free visitor guide (available in Chinese, Dutch, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Russian).
  • Bookshop
  • Public toilets on Place Pey-Berland (near the newsagent's), accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Disabled access

  • Motor: level 0 accessible to people with reduced mobility. It includes the bookshop
  • Auditory: the signs on the terraces, the tour leaflet, etc.
